1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk43 ("bk43", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bk43 website located at https://bk43.io and all associated services, products, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the bk43 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the bk43 platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. bk43 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bk43, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bk43 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or direct family member of a bk43 employee or contractor involved in the operation of the platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an account suspended on bk43 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform via a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or other means of disguising your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

bk43 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one active account on bk43. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify bk43 promptly if any of your registered details change.

bk43 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at registration or at any subsequent point. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

Accounts that fail KYC verification within the period stipulated by bk43 may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete. Accounts found to have been opened with fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and referred to the relevant authorities.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk43 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bk43 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

bk43 implements SMS OTP (one-time password) two-factor authentication for account logins and withdrawal requests. You must ensure that the mobile number registered to your bk43 account is current and that you have exclusive access to that number.

Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested through your account while you are logged in will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact bk43 support immediately via live chat. bk43 will investigate reports of unauthorised access but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

5 Deposits

bk43 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers may be available subject to minimum transaction thresholds. Deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: As displayed in your account dashboard; limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bk43 wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
• bk43 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

bk43 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Player's own payment account, and to request supporting documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of anti-money laundering procedures.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days to reach your account.
• Only funds derived from your own deposits and legitimate winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 before they become withdrawable.
• bk43 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed certain value thresholds as part of standard financial security checks.

bk43 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected. In such cases, bk43 will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final determination is made.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bk43 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific conditions communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default of 20x applies to the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• bk43 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.

8 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on bk43 is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the bk43 Help Centre and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the bk43 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the Player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and market suspension rules. bk43 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's wallet.
• Where an error in odds is identified — whether caused by a system fault, data feed error, or human entry mistake — bk43 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• bk43 operates a cash-out feature on selected markets. Cash-out availability and value are not guaranteed and may be suspended at any time.
• Where evidence of match fixing, spot fixing, or any other manipulation of the outcome of an event is identified, bk43 reserves the right to void all related bets and report the matter to the relevant sporting authorities.

9 Casino & Game Rules

The bk43 casino offers live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as RNG (random number generator) slot titles and other games from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and additional certified providers. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity:

• All RNG games use certified random number generators that are tested by independent third-party auditors. Results are not influenced by the platform or by prior game outcomes.
• Live dealer games are operated under the respective game studio's own rules and stream environment. bk43 transmits and facilitates access to these games but is not responsible for live studio interruptions or stream quality issues beyond our control.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game studio's systems. bk43 will credit winnings based on the result recorded by the studio's server.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk43 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bk43 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds on behalf of third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players on the platform to fix game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the bk43 platform, content, or software.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or offensive communication directed at bk43 staff or other Players via any support channel.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk43 platform — including but not limited to the bk43 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game assets, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bk43 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bk43 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Third-party game content (game graphics, audio, trademarks) remains the property of the respective game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to bk43 for use on the platform. Players have no rights over such content beyond the right to play the games as a registered account holder in accordance with these Terms.

13 Privacy & Data

bk43 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bk43 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and maintains strict access controls over internally stored personal data. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

14 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the bk43 platform, please follow the process outlined below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via the bk43 24/7 live chat. Provide your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant bet or transaction reference numbers. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint cannot be resolved at the first-line support level, it will be escalated to the bk43 disputes team. You will receive a formal written response within 7 business days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: If you remain dissatisfied following the formal review, you may submit a final appeal in writing to [email protected]. bk43's final decision will be issued within 14 business days of the appeal being received.

All disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event outcome being settled. bk43 will not consider disputes relating to events settled more than 30 days prior to the date of the complaint.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk43 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the bk43 platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if bk43 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bk43's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their bk43 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

bk43 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. bk43 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

16 Amendments

bk43 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to payment terms, bet voiding procedures, or Player rights — bk43 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the bk43 website and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bk43 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bk43 support.

17 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players access and use the bk43 platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bk43 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
